  • The living area has plenty of plush, comfortable sofa seating, a large flat screen TV (with 60 English entertainment, news, film and sports channels), DVD player and Bose Bluetooth speaker system for guests’ use.
  • The modern kitchen features granite work surfaces and a central island breakfast bar that can seat 3. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, built in oven, microwave, hob, hood extractor, dishwasher and water cooler.
  • The dining area seats 6 guests.
  • Two sets of floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the spacious pool terrace.
  • A WC is located on this level.

First Floor

  • Two bedrooms are located on this level.
  • First Bedroom this has a super king size bed and a stylish en suite shower room. It has a private sea view balcony furnished with cane seating
  • Second Bedroom has a super king size bed and a stylish en suite shower room with a Jacuzzi bath. It has a private sea view balcony furnished with cane seating

Second Floor

  • This floor is occupied by the third bedroom featuring a super king size bed plus a luxurious Jacuzzi bath/shower room and a dressing area.
  • The large roof terrace is accessed from this room allowing you to enjoy more of the stunning views this villa has to offer.

Lower Ground Level

  • On this level, there is access to a self contained annexe, set out over two floors.
  • This houses the fourth bedroom (a twin) plus an en suite shower room and a kitchenette. This annexe would suit teenagers or adults seeking a degree of privacy.
  • There are steps leading up to the annexe and it is accessed separately from the main villa, therefore not recommended for young, unaccompanied children.
  • The annexe kitchenette also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside

  • Kalkan Villa Lord’s View has a spacious terrace to ensure bathing, relaxing and dining in style.
  • It features a large infinity pool (approx 8m x 5m) and to its side, a separate Jacuzzi section.
  • There are ample sun loungers and parasols provided and a poolside shower.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service: Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly, when the house is cleaned throughout. The pool and sun terraces are maintained on a daily basis and refuse is taken away each day. Please bring your own beach towels if you require them.
Extra People: Please ask for extra beds
Accessibility: The property is suitable for children and elderly people but is not suitable for people with mobility problems or wheelchair users.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the property.
Children: The property is suitable for children but children must be supervised in the pool area at all times.
Pets: Not allowed
Security Deposit: Please note that an accidental damage deposit of 400GBP is required with your final payment. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return if everything is in order.
Reservation: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required in order to secure a reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates following non-receipt of final payment.
Changeover / Checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and house keepers to do our work.
Cancellation: Any cancellation must be made in writing by the person who signed the Booking Form. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt by the Agent of the written cancellation advice. The following charges will apply: If cancellation is 8 weeks or more before departure – forfeit of deposit. If cancellation is within 8 weeks of departure, or if the booking is canceled by us due to non- payment – 100% of total cost. IF THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 8 WEEKS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE WE WILL TAKE THAT AS A CANCELLATION OF THE RENTAL.
